UFS Application Status 2025 can be checked through the University of Free State Application Helpdesk. The Management of the University of Free State (UFS) application helpdesk provides Information on any study programme’s admission requirements, assists to complete your application forms (online or hard copy) and provides Tracking the status of your application.

Every applicant may reach out to helpdesk when you call +27 51 401 9666 or send an email to studentadmin@ufs.ac.za. However, if you must check your status online, the below steps should be followed.

Check UFS Application Status 2025

To check your status, navigate to KovsieLife by clicking the 'Student Self Service' tab on the active KovsieLife webpage and clicking on the 'Students'. With this you should be able to track your UFS application status on the UFS system.
