The Management of University of Free State (UFS) provided the platform for checking of examination results. UFS Exam results can be checked by SMS service and student self-service.

If after folliwng the provided instructions you cannot still access your result, please leave a comment with us in the comment section and it should be responded to accordingly. The first method for results checking as mentioned is the SMS service option.

How to Check UFS exam Results: SMS Service

Before using the SMS service to check your result you must have registered. The University of the Free State offers an SMS service to its students which provides access to exam results and financial information. Register and check your results hrough these steps:

1. Dial *120*837#
2. Reply with your student number and send
3. type in your ID number and send
4. Type in your choice: Yes OR No and "Send"
5. Close current session and Dial *120*837#
6. Select Exam Results" by replying with "1" from the options: Exam Results, Finance, Change Student and "Send"
7. Reply with your choice of year and month, send and your exam results will be displayed.
8. Congratulations!!! Type and send 00 (zero, zero) to return to the menu.

How to access financial information

Dial *120*837# and select "2" from these displayed options: 1. Exam Results 2. Finance 3. Change Student/ to check your financial information.
